With an extensive experience in the real estate industry from 8 years in Internet Sales, Marketing, and Warranty for two major builders, and 6 years as an assistant to top real estate agent in the Jacksonville & St. Augustine area. This blend of experiences has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the market, sharp negotiation skills, and a deep commitment to client satisfaction. Samantha is also a proud baseball mom to two boys, wife and dog lover. She grew up in New Hampshire and moved to Northeast Florida in 2003.
